GDPR! We would like your permission to retain your personal data within our data entry system for a period of 3 years after your last entry to the show. This includes your name, telephone number, email address, and age (children only).
The reason to retain this is for the purposes of
- Making it faster for you to enter next year, as you would not need to provide your data again (unless it changed)
- Sending you reminders a few times per year to remind you about the show, and invite you to our events.
- We will NOT allow third parties access to this data.
- You can opt out of this at any time by emailing enquiries@petershamhorticulturalsociety.org.uk
- Please note that if you choose not to allow us to retain this information (which is fine!), we will irreversibly and irrevocably anonymise the data before the next show, and if that individual chooses to re-enter, you would need to re-create it.
- Note that we usually communicate by email, so allowing us to communicate by SMS will not spam you. We don't generally post letters, but this means we can communicate with you personally on accasion.
